Miriam Zussman is a managing director  at Jennison Associates, where she manages bond-investment portfolios. She holds an M.B.A. from New York University.

Sarah has a PhD. in literature. She is a parental guide and a graduate of the Kolech leadership program for religious women. She is a former vice principal of a high school in Holon.

Miri Shalem

Currently serving as the CEO of the Institute for Zionist Strategies, Miri is a social activist on various issues concerning women rights. In the recent decade she was the director of the Ramat Beit Shemesh Community Center, and was the head of the Beit Shemesh’s Women Council.
A Beit Shemesh Resident, married and a mother of 4, Miri holds a BA in Economics and Political Science, and a MA in Gender Studies.

Karen Miller Jackson is a Jewish educator from Ra'anana, Israel. Karen teaches at Matan HaSharon, develops content for the virtualjewishacademy.org and also directs "Kivun le'Sherut" a guidance program for religious high school girls before army and national service. She is also a board member of Kolech: The Religious Women's Forum and a member of the JOFA Journal editorial board. She has an MA in Talmud and midrash from NYU.

Maya Boodaie Freedman

Maya is an educator who teaches at the Hartman High School Academy for Girls and facilitates a Beit Midrash group. She is also a stand-up comedian and lives in Jerusalem. Her organizational role includes involvement with Kolech’s TELEM educational program and the Feminist Beit Midrash.

Ofira Krakover

Ofira is a graphic designer. She holds a BA in the history of the Jewish people, geography and graphic design and has MA in gender studies and Jewish philosophy. Ofira was a member of the team who planned the first Internet website of Kolech and was the founder and first chairperson of the Women’s Council of the City of Modi’in (2006-2008)

 

Elisheva Flamm-Oren

Holding an MA in Social Work, Elisheva is the director of planning, development and community partnerships at “Amcha” - the National Israeli Center for Psychological Support of Holocaust Survivor and the 2nd Generation. A social entrepreneur and Activist, she was a senior team member in large philanthropic organizations such as the Federation of New York and the Jerusalem Foundation.

Efrat Graber-Aran

Efrat is an analyst at PayPal, a creative writing group facilitator, and a writer with the 929 Project. She is a graduate of the Stella K. Abraham Beit Midrash for Women in Migdal Oz and holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and MA in Literature. Her research focuses on modern midrash written by women and how it articulates the Orthodox Feminism in Israel.
